Delete your account
Enter your account's address. We will send you a confirmation link: nothing is deleted until you open it.
Before you delete
If you have a subscription running, cancel it in the store you took it out in (Settings then Subscriptions on iPhone, Play Store then Payments and subscriptions on Android). Deleting your account does not stop it, and we cannot stop it for you.
If you still have the app, you can also delete your account from Your space, without using this page.
What is deleted, what is kept and for how long
Your account, your email address and the data stored on our servers are deleted immediately. For security and disaster recovery, a technical record is kept for 30 days, and encrypted backup copies for about 2 months. What is stored on your phones stays there.
